Central Asian food station
Prepared in cauldrons (kazans) and tandoors, this cuisine is known for its hearty, aromatic dishes - plov, pumpkin samsa, and Tatar belyash - all cooked over open fire, combining meat, spices, and vegetables for deep, rich flavor.
Odessa food station
Features a vibrant street-style seafood experience - mussels in creamy sauce served in metal buckets, plus fish grilled on giant wok pans over gas burners. Cooking is continuous, so guests get fresh dishes instantly. And don’t miss the famous Odessa shawarma - juicy, stacked, and truly iconic.
BBQ Grill station
It tempts with the irresistible aroma of juicy, flame-kissed skewers - succulent pork, tender chicken, and rich beef - all slowly roasted on an automatic charcoal grill. Each bite bursts with smoky flavor, and thanks to nonstop cooking, guests enjoy fresh, mouthwatering barbecue without the wait.
Ukrainian food station
It brings the warmth of mountain flavors – creamy banosh with bryndza, rich mushroom sauces and rustic cornmeal dishes. Cooked over open fire and served with hearty generosity, each dish offers a comforting, soul-satisfying taste of the Zakarpattia region, highlighted on our vibrant banner that captures the spirit of the mountains.
Drinks and vegetarian dishes
We offer three kinds of mulled wine to match every taste**:
• Classic red mulled wine with oranges - warm, rich, and fragrant.
• White mulled wine with pears - delicate, soft, and lightly sweet.
• Non-alcoholic mulled drink on cherry juice - vibrant, cozy, and full of berry aroma.
A small vegetarian dishes is also included.
